What is a LifeLine?

A LifeLine, or Hotline, Crisis Line, can be a source of emotional support and need.

When should I call?

You can seek help by calling us from Wyoming if you're in crisis or are in some sort of distress, examples:

depression, self-harm, thinking about committing suicide, substance abuse, loneliness, social phobia, bullying, toxic relationships, addiction, among others.

What happens after the call ends?


All the information you provided is completely confidential, meaning, it will remain protected unless your life is in immediate danger and an ambulance or police are required to help.


Towards the end of the call, you may get a referral to partner organizations and nearby help to address other pressing matters you could be facing, for instance: depression, substance abuse, mental health, abuse, bullying, or more.
